Review: Failure to respond to requests for warranty repair; failure to properly repair product; product failure to perform
2 garage door operators installed on 19 July 2013. One unit failed 3 days after installation and vendor did not respond to phone calls for 5 days. Actual repair was performed approximately 2 weeks after unit broke. On 19 Sep, unit broke again, after which customer called 24 hour repair line, and recieved a recording that the mailbox was full. Model number L/M 3240 SD 1/2 HP. Initial estimate completed by [redacted] Customer paid $670 for parts and installation of 2 identical units. Paid by check # [redacted]Desired Settlement: Full refund and return of merchandise.
Review: Product installed is not what I was told would be installed. Only a portion of the product that was paid for was left. Quality of product, was FAR below price paid. No invoice. No signature was given, but Credit Card was charged before job was completed. Failure to respond to requests for clarification & job to be completed as well as invoice for the job performed.Desired Settlement: Full refund & removal of merchandise.
