Rock'n-B Laundromat

Owner lied about work that was done at our house. When we checked nothing had been done the owner was present at the time of cleaning and was asked direct if the job was done,he responded with (sir year all done).

No employee is on site. There are washers broken that aren't labeled as being out of order. The washers not working won't return coins deposited. The machine said it cost $2.00 per cycle. When I put in $2.00 in quarters, it kept saying to add another 25 cents. I added another quarter and it kept saying to add another 25 cents, so I added 25 cents one more time (total of $2.50) and it kept saying to add another quarter. I tried to get the wash cycle to start and it wouldn't start. I asked around to see if there was an employee on site and I couldn't find one. Two customers there said they'd never seen anyone working on staff at the laundromat and that lots of machines are broken and not all are labeled as out of order.
