To Whom It May Concern, We are forwarding to
you the email that we received from Mrs. [redacted] on July 11, 2016. I am also
forwarding to you my dated and time stamped emailed response that I sent the
very next day July 12, 2016.With regard to the particular event Mrs.
[redacted] is citing; when...

conveying dissatisfaction with her salad upon arriving
to pick it up, Heather offered to make her a brand new salad, personally, and
Mrs. [redacted] declined stating she wanted to take the salad home and show
someone. Heather never offered to simply get "another piece of meat". She refused Heather's attempt to correct her salad to her satisfaction. She was
not charged for her salad that she took
with her but was charged for the remaining food she ordered and, additionally,
her demand for her $10 gift certificate to was granted.With all due respect, any food order that
leaves our restaurant and experiences a 5 mile drive is not going to physically
retain the same amount of heat as the moment it leaves our establishment.I feel that my email addressed each and every concern that Mrs.
[redacted] shared in her communication. She did not express that a $32.00 refund
was her purpose and request which is why one was not offered.Please feel free to contact me for any further information that
