In response to this customer complaint.  Prior to any customer signing up, we explain our service as well provide a written contract that all customer must sign.  The contract explain our service in details in particular the preset price range.  Price range is not set for each...

individual, rather it is preset base on the market.  Customer was aware of this by signing our contract.  Seepartial of cntract below that addressed complaint below. 
Service – The extent of our service to paid members ($140) is to contact multiple property management companies on your behalf to inquire on what rentals they may have available. If feasible, we will try to set up an appointment for you to view apartments, or we will forward all information about multiple property management companies who has apartments for rent. Due to the extensive amount of information our update is sent via email to the registered email address provided.  Our updates are sent every Tuesday and Friday. .  We will continue this process until you find a rental for 60 days.  Thereafter 60 days, if you still have not find a rental, you may resign up at no cost (at our office, in person, immediately within 1 week) after any 60 days for another 60 days with original receipt.
 
Update - The update will consist of information to multiple property management companies with 1 or more rentals. Information will include phone numbers, addresses, email addresses and or websites if any to management.  It will also include the geographic location of the building that has 1 or more apartment(s) for rent, rent amount, bedroom size, bath size and any other related information about the building(s), like walk up, elevated, laundry building & etc. You understand that updates are provided as they become available based on management inventory.  There will not be any specific amount of updates given on any day, week or month.  You understand that maximum price range, specific areas or amenities cannot be tailored for each individual.  Rather you will be updated in all areas of the Borough(s) of your choice. Studio-1 bedroom price range updates are pre-set from $850-$1500, 2 bedroom price range updates are pre-set from $1100-$1800, 3 bedroom $1500+, (Manhattan updates will be slightly higher closer to the high end).  Low income information will be included as well if available. We do try to make every attempt to gather accurate information however; we are not responsible for omissions, typos and or errors. We gather our information from various sources directly, indirectly, known and or unknown sources about management.  It’s not necessary they will know who rocknofee is since we may get the information from a different person other than the person who you may contact to view the apartment. You understand that it is your responsibility to follow up with management to make arrangements to see the apartment(s), to apply, and to meet needed requirements for approval.

Review: This business promises to help find apartments for low prices in area. A private agent was to be assigned to me and she never called me after I asked for a phone call several times. I have not seen one apartment and this company took 120 dollars from me. I think this company scams many people out of there money and should be stopped.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money and an apology for false advertisment and leading people on.

The extent of our service is to contact multiple property management companies on your behalf of the client and search their inventory to find the best rentals that closely match customer's profile within the pre-set price range of $750-$1300 for studios and $900-$1500+ for 2/3 bedrooms.. Upon finding one and more management companies we will attempt to set up an appointment directly with management (if possible), and/or forward all information about management and geographic, size and starting rent of what apartment(s) they have available. we will continue to do this until customer find a management that will rent to them or until the sixty days expires.

Since we cannot control the market, we can not guarantee apartment rentals, specific areas and price or quantity. we guarantee that we will contact multiple management companies and inquire what they have available and forward the same information to members to follow up. Aforementioned is in the terms and condition that all clients must read, agreed and signed in order to become a member.

I was told when joining this service that a personal specialist was going to be assigned to me and search for apartments in my price range and location. My specialist has not contacted me once and I only recieve random emails of apartments that are not remotely close to what I am looking for. I would like a refund because no services has been done and I have not viewed one apartment. This company has made no attempt to contact me regarding this matter... A refund of my 120 dollars would be much appreciated...

Good day. This customer signed up July [redacted] and have been assigned me and I have been in contact with this customer via email and have been updated with information according to our terms and condition. Price range is within range of $750-$1200/$1300 for all members. As outlined in the agreement we are not responsible of what we find within the preset price range. Till present this customer is still receiving updates according to our services and this customer did not email me prior to express their concern. see below customer profile and terms ans condition that customer agreed to. We are in compliance with said services that customer agreed to for sixty days and in addition there are no refunds. We have no further argument on this case.

Review: rocknofee claims to provide a service to help people find apartment without broker fees. you pay them $140 for them to do just that. 3/*/2016 I went to office and spoke with a women name MICHELLE she told me how their service work. told me after payment that within a 1hr I would receive a list that is with my price range and area that I asked for. I did not receive any list that day nor the next. on 3/**/2016 I received a general list that had nothing to my price range or area I was refer to JEFF B[redacted] as my contact that he would be assisting me with the search of apartments he never introduce himself. I sent him email asking about why haven't I received a updated list or anything that shows me that there were doing what they said they would which is search for apartments for me and contact me... as of 3/**/2016 I have yet to receive anything from them and say they do not give refunds. they are a scam the lie about there services and steals peoples money. no one answer phone or emails I wish I can get my money back but I know that will not happen .. please shut this business down for they will continue to rob and steal from peopleDesired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR THE BUSINESS TO BE SHUT DOWN THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THERE MONEY
