Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I myself went into the office and told [redacted] that I was going to go ahead and put my day notice and she said that was fineShe did not inform me that I had to fill out any paper stating that I was because I had just told her in the office Regards, [redacted]

The bed bug issue was never reported to the office by Mrs [redacted] When we had our monthly pest control treatment she took it amongst herself to ask the pest control tech to come back and spray for bed bugs The pest control guy reported it to the office not the tenant They had lived there for about a year and bed bugs were reported a few weeks before they moved but not by tenant The $charge is for breaking the lease and other chargesThey did not give a day written notice I attached the SODA to show what they were charged for Only $was to have pest control go in again to make sure there were not further signs of bed bugs They left the unit dirty didn't clean anything and there was few damages that we had to repair These charges the tenant is responsible for Tenants moved out and never let office know or turn in any keys We call this a "skip" Their lease ended in May they moved without notice in April So they are charged for the Re letting fee, April and May rent as stated on their TAA Lease Let me know if any other info is needed [redacted] Trujillo Property Manager
