2nd complaint, it's a plastic cover that is cracked not a fuel cell.  We have assured her that this piece is not causing any problems with the vehicle and it has no bearing on the functionality of her vehicle.  If so, she would have a check engine light on or the vehicle would be throwing miss-fire codes and it is not.  Regardless, I understand her concerns and I will be happy to speak with her in regards to this also.
