Attached is documentation of when we have treated this apartmentMost recent July If the resident needs additional treatments, they need to let the office know

We will schedule the exterminator and have maintenance take a look at the air conditioner

She came to the office this morning and talked with the property managerThe property manager dispatched maintenance to fix this today

[redacted] was into the leasing office on the date of her Revdex.com complaintThe property manager sent maintenance to fix the issue she was reporting on this date.Attached are photos of the work they completed.If there is additional concerns or work that needs to be done, please respond and I will have a work order created.At this point, we are only aware of work in the bathroom in which the attached pictures reflect

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below From: [redacted] Date: Tue, May 5, at 12:PMSubject: Rejecting Response complaint [redacted] To: [redacted] Regarding the response to my complaint, I do not accept what Rockside Placehas submitted because I personally spoke with [redacted] ***, who in turnadvised me while looking over my paperwork, that they did not run my forms.And that since they didn't do so, they would go ahead and try to get metaken care of and see if they could help get me a unit as soon aspossible if I was still looking to move in but I informed them that I hadlocated another place and was just wanting my money backHe thenapologized and said I could come and pick it upIf my forms was handle andbusiness was done properly from the beginning, then I still should not havehad to wait a month and had to call them twice to see the status, which noone could give me and I called a week or two after I turned in my forms andwas advised that they were in the process of just moving there office andwould let me know when they began my application, in which they did notbegin nor did they inform me of anything being done until a month laterafter I had to call.-- Regards, [redacted]

The only work order we have in our Management system is for the broken fridge in December.MrW***, the property manager will be in touch with Ms [redacted] today to discuss her other issuesHe was not aware

Thank you for contacting us regarding Rockside Place Apartments.Your application was ran on 3/30/and came back denied.Unfortunately, per our policy, we are unable to return the application fee, as we have already ran the application Your $fee was returned to you because your application was denied.I am sorry you had that experience with our leasing office and I will speak to them to see why the door was locked at that particular time

We ran the application on 3/for a 5/move inAt that time we discovered that *** *** did not qualify to live at Rockside Place Apartments.I have attached the screenshot of the screening software of the date we ran the application.When she signed her application, she was made aware that the $application fee was non-refundable (that application was provided in previous correspondence). However, due to our policies we did refund her the $hold fee as her application was denied

 Yes management sent someone to my apartment with me when I was in the office but he said to fix the problem the problem was never fixed it was looked at once again its a difference between looking at and fixing . once again management said that the problem would be fixed on 11-12-15 and its still haven't been . I would like to talk to corporate and take other actions . I have been more then patient but I am done I have let a lot go with these apartment and I have only been here a month once I told him my 4 year old child burnt her self from the problem it should have been fixed .
