I have an account with (thank god)only 1 game on it and some Russian kid hacked it. I recovered the account but I was unable to use it because no way to delete the 2. account linked to the same email address. The launcher+ the site is so god damn bad simply no way to write a decent ticket or manage the account how I want... I tried to write also an email ofc no luck. I was able to see on the site but it was marked as closed right after. This is unbelivable why I need to bother with this useless launcher+site if they cant make it useful. I expected much much more from a company who earn more in a month than a whole village. If you need a decent IT genius I know some maybe they can do some improvement...

Grand Theft Auto V allows customers a one-time only opportunity to transfer their game progress from an old generation console (Xbox or PS3) to a new generation console (Xbox One or PS4)The customer transferred his character progress once and then requested to transfer a second timeSupport appropriately explained that this option is only available once which prompted the customer’s complaintWe have contacted the customer once again to resolve the issueThis complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the CompanyThis is our last comment on the matter

The customer contacted our Technical Support team about a problem with a certain button not working on his console controllerHe was provided with basictroubleshooting steps but did not respond The support ticket was closed after several weeks and several follattempts with no reply There couldbe a problem with his [redacted] hardware but there is no problem with our productThe complaint was handled appropriately by our Support team and this should be resolved in favor of the Company
