Rockstar Limo

Review: On March 2, 2013 I hired a limo bus for our wedding. We were asked if we would like to pay for our tip with the initial charge. I paid them a $60 upfront for a 20% tip so I didn't have to deal with that on my wedding day. On my wedding day I was asked for a tip by the driver. The driver told me he didn't get the tip I paid and to tell the company. So I paid an additional 20% tip cash to the driver. I called the company after and spoke to Hugo who said he would look into it. I never received any follow up after this phone call. So they got a 40% tip. I now have dispute charges with my credit card company. The limo bus was substandard and had NO AC which made for a hot, sweaty, miserable trip. No AC, no open window, no vent, and no attempt to address our concerns. Hugo and Rockstar limo pretty much ruined my wedding. Everybody couldn't wait to get out of the limo. I've written multiple emails and called and left multiple messages with them, and still no response ever.Desired Settlement: I would like a $60 refund for the 20% tip I pre-paid for twice for your substandard service and substandard broken down limo. I intended to pay the $60 tip once, but because the driver and/or Hugo lied to me, I ended up paying it twice against my will. Please refund the money that was taken from me.
