We charged the customer $150.00 for rental of equipment on 9/8.  We refunded her the full $150.00 plus $50.00 of the $90.00 that she said she paid for the alcohol that she said she lost on our equipment.     Thank you,   [redacted] Rockstar Rental

this response because: I have messages where the business said they would refund me the full $90 for the alcohol and they didn't. This is a horrible business, it was my WEDDING day and they were so unprofessional and still wont even make it right
