Hey I Have been working with this individual complaint already I believe she was ripped off bye an employee that used to work here we trying to get more information on so I could take legal action against the individual I have already offered her a refund for full amount twice in previous emails I searched my systems everythingI will issue her refund for full amount I advised her to contact you guys when she receives the check sometime next week due to veterans day today but if you have any question u can contact me thank you

I have ever recieved an email from this gentleman I will give him a call aad see how we can resolve thi issue

We have sent Mathew Steele his magazines he ordered and also sent him complimentary magazines and he keeps asking for hustler we do not carry hustler and as u can read in his message a little girl knocked on his door selling magazines and he bought hustler we do not sell hustler we are not refunding
him he received what he ordered and has been very verbal on phone with office lady

We are writing a full refundMailing out next week

refund check in the mail today.  I never received the call from this gentleman that was promised in his previous (almost incoherent) response. This being said, I have attached a screenshot of the first email I sent to Mr. G. / RSA on 4/11/16.  This email, along with another sent on 4/18/16 as well as the mailed cancellation notice serve as three separate communications that were made with the company.  If Mr. G. claims he never received these communications, he is either lying or needs to make sure his website is working correctly.  Perhaps better record keeping attempts for incoming mail are also in order. Attached is also a copy of the letter Mr. G. included with the refund check.  I should note that my original check was not returned - A hastily written check (in two different colors of ink, no less) was included from an RSA business account.

Yes I’m attempting to refund her via mail cause the charge back on card wouldn’t allow us refund her through the card so she reported as fraud I’m guess and canceled the card got refund from her credit card company.
