Rockvale mhc runs there own well for water.they recently did a repair on all water main for each lot. Well when they did mine the cracked pipe going to my home. They said it's not there problem.and then they sent a huge bill for water and sewer well after looking at the numbers on bill water and sewer were exactly the same numbers doesn't make sense, I've talked with other people in the trailer park and they said they're bill was high too.theres that. And now I had a plumber friend fix that leak, he checked to see if there were more and there wasn't, but when rockvale mhc sent there matience guy here (before plumber fixed) they said there was two leaks one by main and one by water heater my plumber friend said only main and it was only dripping 1time a minute that the bill numbers are wrong and that sewer and water should never be the same.rockvale mhc slowly started charging higher each month for water and sewer see attachments.

Kindly be advised we are in receipt of the May 4, 2020 complaint from consumer and concerns over "huge bill for water and sewer" which occurred on January 31, 2020. As evident by attached ledger all water and sewer bills are in line with previous months. In fact February was lower than average. Therefore it is unclear why a plumber was contacted and we are not in a position to issue any refunds at this time. Each homesite has its own water meter and it is read and billed monthly. All rates are reviewed periodically and updated per local municipality guidelines. We welcome consumer to contact us at any time with any additional information regarding their concerns. As it is our policy we monitor th water meter and address any malfunctions accordingly.
