Rockville Auto Repair

Review: Rockville Auto Repair has overcharged me for services on several ocassions. I had rear brakes serviced on January 23, 2013 and was charged $475. On Monday, April 15, 2013 I had my front brakes serviced and was charged $668.46. It is my opinion that Rockville Auto Repair is stealing money from me by severly overcharging for the same services on the same vehicle. I feel that I am being taken advantage of because I am not familiar with auto repair services. I have used Rockville Auto Repair because it is close to my home and I thought that I was getting fair market value for parts and labor. I also liked that they were an independent shop and I wanted to support. However, in spite of several questionable charges for repairs, I feel victimied by the owners outrageous and unfair pricing. It is my intetntion to prevent myself and and other customers from further improper pricing by Rockville Auto Repair.Desired Settlement: Adjust Billing for Services rendered on January 13th and April 15, 2013 and provide me with a fair refund.
