The cost of the services provided at [redacted] are being billed at a higher cost than the negotiated/contracted rate. The cost being billed is an amount negotiated/contracted with my insurance provider [redacted], for services performed at Rockville General Hospital. Rockville General Hospital's/[redacted] business office is billing the services provided under Rockville General Hospital's tax id number, not [redacted] LLC's tax number. This allows [redacted] to collect an amount higher than the service rate that was negotiated with [redacted] LLC, the facility where services were rendered.Desired Settlement: Rebill the cost for the services provided by [redacted] LLC at the negotiated/contracted rate.
