I have purchased vehicles from this location on 10/23/ I was issued a days temp tags for both of my vehicle'sMy temp tags has been expired for the past days in which unable me to preform my job due to the fact that I can't drive neither carI have made several attempts to get the tags but no respond with any reasonable excess of why is the dealyI called in today to inquir again about my tags and I was told by my sales person that the general manager "Brian Kim" refused to issue my tags due to my survey results that I had shared after pursching my carsI believe I have the right to get a respond and get my tags in a timely manner specially after allowing them plenty of time to process the paper workAs of today, I have already made car payments and yet can't drive my car!! It's not ecxabtable manner specially from a company like sonic !

Review: I had a problems with my car, which I brought to Rockville Audi. They put my car on the computer, which stated nothing was wrong with my car. So I need a oil change, and air filter and the computer diagnosis which come to about $400.00. I was never told that it was going to be so expensive. I drove my car home, still there is a problem with my car, a week later my car had to be towed to Rockville Audi, they told me that my fuel pump went, which I had told the mechanic that was the problem. Now they tell me that the cost would be over 1300.00 dollars. This company is over charging people big time, they tell you one price then they tell you a higher price. After arguing with them about the price they charged me 883.00 but still there is a problem with my car today . I will never bring my car there, they lie and cheat their customers. I wanted to bring this to your attention about there business and what they charge the customer.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the computer diagnosis, oil change and air filter...about 398.00

I am rejecting this response because: they did not tell the trust about the price at all the mark up the price to over $1300.00 dollars, just the fuel pump replacement. Average cost should be around $600.00, I paid around over $1300.00 for both for the oil change and fuel pump replacement. So there was no discount. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone and I sure will let everyone know that they lie and cheat their customer just because they can because Audi is a more expense car to maintain.

Please post this so everyone will know what kind of business Rockville Audi is!!!!!!

Review: I purchased a car with Audi of Rockville on 7/12/14. I purchased warranties for the car which were both cancelled at the dealership on 7/25/14 which was within the cancellation period. I have contacted the bank lien holder as recently as today (8/19/14) and they have not received any cancellation paperwork / refund from Rockville Audi and thus have not reduced the car payoff amount by the required approximate amount of $4100. I have attempted to connect via email and phone with various individuals within the Audi of Rockville finance and sales departments but have not received any response on the status of the cancellation. I reached out on 7/31/14 and as recently as 8/15/14. I have contacted Audi Customer Service who also are having issues with Audi of Rockville responding and have decided to escalate the matter as well.Desired Settlement: Refund the warranties asap and provide confirmation to myself and the bank lien holder. In turn the bank lien holder will reduce the total payoff amount for the car.
