Our last contact with Rockweilers was with the owner himself. We have heard over and over again how they will check into our rebate and tell us we should receive it but it never arrives. Checking with the manufacturer and assuming this matter was resolved when we never got the rebate we were offer is totally unacceptable. This matter will be resolved when our rebate that was offered to us when purchasing three appliances arrives in the mail.

We are dealing with the manufacture to get a quick resolve on this. I apologize but in talking with Mr. [redacted] a few times with service issues I assumed this had been resolved.  We will get this resolved very shortly for Mr. [redacted]

Review: I had purchased a washer and dryer over a year ago from them and when I purchased them it said on the tag a $100.00 mail in rebate for each the washer and dryer. I have been calling the store since I purchased them asking why I am not receiving the rebate. All they keep saying is they will look into it and get back to me. I will never go back to that store again because they will not address my concern and just keep brushing it off.Desired Settlement: I just want my $200.00 mail in rebate. I paid $2,000 for my washer and dryer the least they could do is give me the rebate they promised.

Response:

I apologize I thought this had been taken care care of. We had

contacted the customer within a couple days of the first complaint when we found

out they had moved and nothing had been forwarded to new address so they closed

out the rebate. I have resubmitted the rebate for them and it is in

process at this time. The rebate is for $100. The form that was on

the unit shows rebates up to $200 but the set the purchased qualified for

$100. I have attached a copy of the rebate form and the customer

reciept.
