Hi, we are long time( 24 years+) residents of beautiful and quiet Eldridge Street, Pittsburgh PA. Our neighbour across the street is really mess and dodgy Rockwel Realty. They have garbage dumpster right outside of their apartment building and on the street which is always overflowing with garbage bags, apart from stinky smell it is a breeding ground for the rats which are overrunning neighbourhood. The rats enter basements, scaring all squirrels, cats and dogs away. For the last several years we sent Rockwel Realty numerous letters, we complain to the city and county but nothing was done.

It also appear that these people are not concerned much with recycling either. Plastic and paper - everything is being pile up together.
