Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I do understand that my dental bills were with *** ***! Where the mistake lies is with the reports I was given by *** Dental regarding the promotions of 0% interest! I was REPEATEDLY told that I was receiving all my dental services with the 0%. When I realized that the last bill that was sent to *** *** was not going to be months as I was told, I first called *** ***. They told me I needed to call *** Dental. I was told it was going to be taken care of. I believed them and waited till the next bill came. It had not been corrected! So I called the dentists office again and asked again if it had been taken care of. I was told they would check into it and get back to me. No one called back, so I called them again and once again I was told that "yes, we got it taken care of and you will be receiving a notice regarding this". No notice came! I called *** back and this time they said they would email me a copy of it. I did not get that either! I put in another call to *** *** and they told me that there were no notations on my account that *** had called to lengthen the contract. So back to calling *** and again I heard "I'm sorry, it will be taken care of." It didn't so the next call I heard that the receptionist that had been telling me all these lies had quit. So I asked to speak to *** the office manager/dentists wife. The new receptionist asked what it was regarding and I told her. No return call!! I tried to call her times without a return call. One more call to them and the receptionist said that *** said to tell me that *** *** said they could not discuss my bill with them! So, I called *** *** again. They again denied that they had received any calls from *** and that they would be happy to discuss this with ***. So I called *** back again and again until I got her on the phone. She went on to explain to me that she was totally unaware that any of this had taken place and that she wasn't going to extend the contract because they would have to pay a fee for that. I asked her how much and she told me and these are her exact words, "a few dollars. Maybe or dollars." SoI told her I'd pay the fee! That few dollars would literally save me hundreds!! I did not hear back again so I called her once again and she just happened to answer the phone and she said she wanted to double check that I really was willing to pay the fee. I then asked if she had checked into how much for sure and she said she hadn't but it would be three or four hundred!!!! I was flabbergasted! I got upset and did cry a bit. I told her to just forget it because there was no way I could pay that. And I hung up. That was the ONE time she called me back! She called back and said she would talk to her husband/the dentist and call me back. She did not call back. A week later I went to their office and talked quite extensively to her about the matter. She once again said she'd see what she could do and that she'd call back. No call back. In the meantime I'm faced with a several hundred dollar fee for not paying this bill in it's entirety by Nov 3, 2017. Yesterday Oct17, *** called me and told me she had a representative in her office from *** ***. He inquired about what I was upset about. I had copies of my bills in front of me, but I also was working and had a patient about foot away at the time!! I didn't want to miss the opportunity to discuss this once again so I tried. I had some difficulty discussing the matter in front of the patient and going through my bill at the same time. He suggested that maybe I just didn't understand how *** *** promos work. I told him that it was true with the first couple of promos, but with this one I did understand and immediately tried to have someone help me with it. When I had a little trouble finding the right paper work I asked if I could possibly call him back at a more convenient timeAnd he told me he could get all the information and if he needed to he could call me. Now I understand that the *** *** rep and *** are just saying it's all my fault! It is not!! First I believed that the receptionist that continued to say he was fixing it was to blame. Then I was told he had tried to fix it and *** wouldn't let him. I have no idea what happened because the same problem continued after he left. I take blame in that I did the dealings over the phone about the 0% promos. I should have gone in person and received receipts in regard to these transactions. I also blame myself for being naïve and too trusting. One more thing I'd like to add, in two and a half years of paying bills with *** *** I have been late ONE time!! I was told that directly from *** ***! It was a payment I had mailed in and apparently they didn't get it in time. I always paid about the minimum amount due! If I hadn't, I would never have been close enough to getting it paid off in time! So in regards to *** stating she won't stoop to my level and slander me, what is the lie about the repeated late payments? I had to speak out about this subject as I really feel strongly that I was lied to. I was repeatedly lied to!
I don't expect that there will be a fair resolution to this subject although I truly wish I could get some help. I want others to know about the dishonesty that occurs in this practice. After I posted my complaint on Social Media, I was privately messaged by a few other people who felt the same.

On October 17, 2017, a *** *** representative by the name of *** *** (Ph: ***) stopped by our office to check in with us. I asked him if he wouldn't mind checking into an account for us. The patient's name is *** ***. After speaking with his supervisor, it was
concluded that *** *** was notified and informed three different ways what she entered into and the contract guidelines. They also stated that some of her paymetns fell behind. *** *** infomred me the bill and the payments are solely the responsibility of *** ***. They also stated that the contract was only between *** *** and *** *** and not *** Dental. I refuse to slander or sling mud or lie about *** *** the way she did me and Dr***'s business on social media.Thank you, in advance, for your time and consideration
