[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Well this is the first time that you have ever talked about the damage your associates cause while moving my furnitureI have left a message when we saw the probelm directly afterwards with a voice mail on your phoneAll that you communicated was PAY ME in responds to the issueI have proof in pictures also with witnesses that saw the damageI also have offered a generous payment for the unprofessional service but I see no agreement will be reachedAgain I urge the Revdex.com to proclaim patrons not to use your services, as they will be disappointed in the resultsI am the victim here as I have damaged furniture caused by Rockwell Movers! This complaint is completely falseThe customer had scheduled for the afternoon of 11/20/14, around noon we became aware our a.mjob would take to long soI called the customer to try and rescheduleHis wife answered and cussed me out until she gave the complainant the phone where I worked out that we would come the next morningWe arrived on time the next morning, and completed the service in a professional mannerThe customer signed on our contract that nothing had been broken and they were happy with our serviceMany days later I received a call that he had put stop payment on the checkHe had NOT CALLED ONCE between completion of the service and my first call about the stopped checkI called every day from 11/26/to 12/02/and never got any response except one voice mail after business hours on 11/27/After that message and before I asked many times to reach me so I could work out the details with him even though he stopped paymentOn 12/02/I left a voice mail making him aware that since I feel he has not tried to contact me I will be filling charges through Pennsylvania state police since what he did was a CRIMINAL charge to stop payment after services were completed, which is equivalent to grand larcenyToday, 12/03/i received another voice mail from the night before and replied from voice mail explaining ill give him one more chance to send a certified check for a reduced amount of $(bill was $and a $bounce fee on top of that) and I will call it even to avoid going through the court systemThe customer was asked at the end of the move to look around and check for damage and he signed saying there was NO damage, he never called or left a message he simply stopped payment which is ILLEGAL and CRIMINALAlmost never would I leave such remarks about a customer but the comments he made he knows are and I consider it slander, we've been in business for years and you don't last that long doing bad businessIf the Revdex.com has any respect for small business I will ask you to please remove this slander against my company, the only correct remark he made was we came one day later then scheduled but they were made aware that may happen when they first called due to bad weather that week Thank you, Philip *R [redacted] Rockwell's Moving CoIncCorporate Officer

I am rejecting this response because:
They never called on the th we had to call them and they keep making excuses till they rescheduled for the following day
They never gave me a "final " inspection as the rushed to leave
Their employees were drinking on the job and in my home
I have asked serveral times to submitted to the insurance they included in the rate and they said it didn't qualify
I called them the following day to report the probelm and never got a responce so therefore I stopped payment, then they started to call threaten me
I feel that other consumers should be aware of the NON - Professionalism that they provide

Sir for the last time, you claimed damages after you stopped paymentAfter I got your voice mail I told you to file a claim you must pay your bill, your bill includes the fee for insuranceYou must also show us some proof of damages such as pictures and a written statement to our emailYou have not proved you have any damages and if you did you still have to pay your bill before we process the claimThat's why you PAY for insuranceInstead you broke the law and stopped payment, slander my good name, offer no proof of damage, STILL have not called during business hours, posted lies on a public site, and refuse to pay your bill even after iv'e explained many times how the insurance works
