I can't even begin to describe how disappointed we have been with this company. We experienced severe water damage to our home, resulting an insurance claim to repair a section of our roof and wall of our home. After being paid, the owner(s) of this company were never present at the worksite, and made no effort to oversee the quality of the work their company was doing.
One day I came home to find they had completely reshingled the damaged section of our roof, however instead of using shingles that matched the green/gray shingles on the rest of our house, they used mis-matched brown shingles. This has left us with a hideous looking mismatched roof; one which would surely have to be replaced before we could sell our home. We alerted the owners of the business about this; and they admitted the mistake and ensured us it would be repaired. However a year later, after months of excuses we still have seen no resolution. We have sent a certified letter, and multiple emails, detailing our expectations and reminding them of their own guarantee policy. We were patient with them for months, and now we fear we may be stuck spending thousands of dollars to replace the roof again.
In addition, the interior work was absolutely sloppy. Instead of replacing a trim board they shattered in demolition, they pieced it together like a jigsaw puzzle and put it back up in our home. This too, we asked to have replaced with proper trim however a year later we have still not gotten any results from numerous communications. The owner(s) always admit fault, apologize and give us some excuse as to why they have to delay making the repairs. It has been a year of delays and it feels like they are just playing games with us.
They have been paid however, for what I am not sure.
