My chief complaint is with the terribly poor customer service provided by this companyNot only did they No-Show for my appointment, they also FAILED to communicate with me regarding that! I had to call them twice and was told both times that a technician was either en route or just running a but behind, and that they would call their technician to find out the status and call me backThey never called back! Check out their Yelp reviews online and this is a consistent complaint against this companyAwful customer service and I would never use them or recommend them to anyone!

We showed up three times to look at the job and he wouldn't even give us the lockbox code until two weeks after the first scheduled meeting, so we never got to look at it until then We are not doing the job because they have no money to pay for the job and it looks like numerous contractors have already walked off their job as per everything is half done and nobody workingHe also told us that the person running the project before him was arrested for embezzlement and he was now in chargeHe also said the place had been recently vandalized and if I had to guess it was a disgruntled contractor who didn't get paid, its a high end home in a gated community, so who else would do it Then last but not least, he wants to use his girlfriends credit card to make a 10k purchase which considering all the negatives already associated with his job I decided not to accept! He was asked to pay in advance with cashiers check and refused so he can go somewhere elseI wish I could warn contractors and other small business like ours to avoid this guyThere is a bunch of people out there trying to scam people and I believe he is one of them!

This customer did not want to use our electrician and insisted on using his buddy electrician, so we only temp wired it (to code) so he could have cooling that day, and his buddy was suppose to do the final electrical at a later date when he had
time
This guy called us five months after the install wanting us to mail him $1000, which we agreed to do if we could see what was damaged and what was repairedAfter asking to see the alleged damage and/or repairs, he hung up the phone
It is highly unlikely that anything was damaged by us at anytime because we inspect every job and the system would not have functioned properly if the coil was improperly sized or if the duct was not intact
Another problem is why didn't he notify us immediately and then give us a chance to view and/or fix it rather than trying to get money from us long after the installation with no proof that there was any problems at all
We have no problems fixing issues or compensating anyone for anything that we are responsible forThey just need to provide proof of the damages or let us see it and we will compensate that person and/or fix it, it is that simple!

First of all I did not agree to have a buddy do the wiring! My a/c unit was installed in April and the weather does not validate using ac in Colorado when it's only in the 50'sI paid well over $to get the unit wired and installed fully I do not have a buddy That's an electrician that would just come do it for freeThey did oversize the coil in the system as a matter of fact that same oversized coil is still installedIf the installer would have read my complaint he would understand that I had to hire a tinner to fix their mistakes and retrofit the OVER SIZED coil so it would not be losing so much airOn more than one occasion I gave him the opportunity to come by my residence to see the repaired work he kept putting me off saying he was to busy and the last time we spoke he asked if I had pictures of their ducting work which I didn't at that point he told me to do what I had to do and he would not be compensating meIn no way is this resolved the electrical has still not been repaired and I still have the oversized coil installedI would never have his company even attempt any repairs at my residence knowing what kind of work he doesAgain he can come to my residence at my convenience and see the electrical see the new duct work see the oversized coil and give me a refund so I can hire a certified electrician to do the repairs and to reimburse for the money I have already spent doing the duct repairsI am not asking for them to replace the coil because I had new ducting built around the coil so it would work properly

People do know what kind of work we doGreat Work, that's why we are complaint free! We did do the job correctly and if there was an error or mistake then we would take care of it but he didn't even give us a chance to do anythingAll he wanted was for us to mail him a check
He has also told us different stories about what was repaired and/or fixedThe electrical was not redone as he had stated earlier and I'm sure the duct was not messed up either as he claims too
He didn't want us to see it, he just wanted us to mail him a check, that's why he hung up instead of scheduling the appointment
I believe this guy was just trying to get a $from usThe job was done correctly or it wouldn't have functioned properly for months!
We will not do anything else for this guy under any circumstances and we consider this matter closed!

He was told before we installed anything that we couldn't pull the permits until a future date when we had time to do so. We just went through the busiest two week stretch of the year and he was informed of the situation from the beginning. This is not a valid complaint!!!

No thanks, we don't want you as a customer period!
