Rocky Mountain Bearings

Purchased a set of Can Am Outlander bearings on July 29th, 2019. I purchased these bearings because they had a 3 year warranty from this company. After less then 100 miles and only 6 months later, all 4 bearings were shot. I contacted the seller and his FIRST reply back was that he highly doubted they were defected but to ship them back because he'd LOVE to see them! He was extremely arrogant and rude from the start. My husband tried to contact them my phone the next day which was automated. He received text messages from someone who claimed to be an employee (but we later found out was lying and was actually the owner himself Tom). I told him I'd like for him to send a new set out and I'd send the defective ones back. He then accused me of being a Fraud and trying to scam his company, that his bearings aren't defective and that the bearings aren't his. So I posted a video on YouTube so he could see the bearings were indeed defective AND his! He then made excuses that this movement from the bearings was normal (it isn't). Then he began stalking MY personal Facebook page, Etsy business and my husband's YouTube channel which he ADMITTED in the text messages but tried backpedaling and lying about when I called him out on it. He offered me a refund if I sent him pics proving they were his defective bearings the next day but then refused right after because I left him negative feedback claiming I'm trying to extort him. I still sent him pics AND posted ANOTHER video proving they were his bearings and defective. He sent me a text saying he'd only refund me if I took my videos and reviews down. I told him I would AFTER receiving the refund. That started another whole battle with him bashing me. There's TONS of people coming forward with the same EXACT complaint abut his bearings and the same EXACT issues about his warranty - that bearings don't hold up and the owner is extremely difficult to deal with!
