Rocky Mountain Biewer Terriers Reviews (11)

Dangerous Scammers
These are absolutely the worst breeders out there for Biewer terriers. They have a horrible reputation and bully anyone who posts a negative review about their business tactics. This is a extremely high volume breeder if not a full out puppy mill. They are in the middle of nowhere and refuse to even speak to potential buyers in any way other than text. We had a puppy deposit in and one of the puppies in our litter died. She didn’t even have the decency to call the buyer. She texted them and then told that buyer not to say anything to the other buyers of the litter. She is such a low life and needs put out of business. There are stories and complaints about them all over the internet and would probably be more if she wasn’t a crazy psycho who makes threats to anyone who tells the truth about this puppy torture chamber.
Please take all the negative reviews seriously. This crazy woman threatens people to remove their negative reviews and I’m sure people probably fall for her bullish behavior. Don’t be fooled. Go on any Biewer terrier Facebook page and ask her. You will hear horror story after horry story about her puppy mill and her husbands terroristic airline arrest. Please find another breeder.

March 15, 2018Dear Mrs [redacted]:We are in receipt of your numerous emails from February 22, 2018. To date we have not received a veterinarian report showing the condition, treatments, and results from your chosen veterinarian, Dr. F[redacted]. The necropsy report you provided is for a younger puppy and does not include the microchip number to identify him as the puppy we sent to you, but it states that the puppy did NOT have Parvo. This CEASE AND DESIST DEMAND is to inform you that your continued disparaging, slanderous, libel, and harmful comments are in breach of the contract you have signed and are also against the law. Your intentional actions have harmed our business. On March 9, 2018 you filed a “RipOff Report” against our business. On March 15, 2018 you left a negative review on our Google Business Page, and attached to it, a grossly misleading story. This confuses potential customers and further highlights your efforts to disparage us, and cause harm. On March 16, 2018, you wrote a misleading, negative, and disparaging review on our YELP business page. On March 17, 2018 you posted a video on Youtube, claiming we sent you a sick puppy to further disparage us and cause harm. You made dozens of posts on Facebook, telling a misleading, false, and disparaging story against us causing harm. You are inviting people to leave negative reviews about us and to share your reviews to further provoke harassment, disparagement, and continued harm against us. We have recorded all of this information for future purposes, from these various public forums. Included in your posts are further false and misleading statements, where you have stated: that we sent you a different puppy; that we sent you a sick puppy; that we sent you a 5 weeks old puppy; etc.We have requested the puppy’s body (only to validate the verification of the puppy you claim become sick) for a 2nd necropsy, because the necropsy report you provided did not identify the puppy as the one we sent to you, nor was it conclusive about the cause of death. ----------------------------February 2, 2018Dear Mrs [redacted]:We are sorry that your puppy has become ill as you have informed us yesterday. Although, we sympathize with any puppy that is ill and their families, we cannot determine if the puppy you have informed us of is in fact the one we sent to you, as there is no identifying information about the puppy from you or your veterinarian. All of our puppies have a microchip and any veterinarian has the equipment to scan for a microchip. Please make sure you provide a report from your veterianrian that shows the microship number, so we can correctly identify the puppy as the one you received from us.You have stated, the puppy tested positive for Parvo. The 5 months old puppy that we sent to you was vaccinated against Parvo 4 times. Your veterinarian mentioned on a phone call, that the puppy would test positive for Parvo due to recent vaccinations and that result would be false. We have also explained the same to you numoerous times that the puppy does not have Parvo and that a test will not show a correct result as he has been vaccinated again, prior to traveling to you.In addition, you have misinformed our customers of this information and caused harm to our business, as they have canceled their purchase with us, due to the information they received form you “Our facility has Parvo and our Puppies have Parvo” As you are a breeder of [redacted], it is our belief this could potentially be your puppy, from your breeding and you are grossly falsifying information and trying to create a “scam”.Due to the sensitivity of this situation, we ask you to follow the legally binding contract you have signed and to present us with all veterinarian reports, test, and results identifying the puppy with its microchip. We hope by simply issuing a Cease and Desist demand, you will take this matter seriously. This information should be kept confidential until a veterinarian report, confirming your accusations against us has been emailed to us. ----------------------------

Dear [redacted],We are very sorry to hear about the problems you are facing with Tucker. We read your complaint and would like to address some facts that were either not mentioned or stated incorrect. Our veterinarian examined Tucker before his travel to you and diagnosed him with a Grade II...

Dental Disease and Conjunctivitis. Our vet recommended "to remove the tartar and clean under the gum line"You received a copy of Tucker's very detailed veterinarian exam report to your email. You messaged me that you had opened it and printed it. We also talked in detail about his red eye and the treatment. You stated that you were a nurse and can continue the treatment if needed. It is not true that Tucker never went to the vet. He was about 8 months old when you received him and he had 4 vet visits within 8 months. You have a copy of his Pet Passport and should be able to identify the dates that he was examined and given his puppy vaccines by a licensed veterinarian. After Tucker was diagnosed Grade IV Dental Disease by your own vet 24 hours later, we immediately offered you to return Tucker to us and receive a refund. He had arrived at your place 24 hours before that and it would have been very simple to return him to us since he had just arrived and was not a part of your family at that time. We also offered to assist with the flight arrangements. Your purchase contract states very clear that you have the option to return the dog for a full refund if you are not happy with any of your veterinarian findings, but if you chose not to return him, you will be responsible for him and all veterinarian expenses etc. To write here in the complaint that you knew that we would euthanize the dog is not appropriate. In fact we wrote to you that our vet will take care of Tucker's teeth problem. At no point did we ever state we would euthanize him. We have never euthanized a dog, and we work hard to give every puppy a chance even when it seems impossible. Watch the story of Miss [redacted]During our text conversation April 04/01/2017 - 04/05/2017 we have offered numerous times to please send Tucker back to us so we can take care of his needs. You refused to send him back. Instead you have threatened us with negative reviews on the internet. At this point we are not interested in cooperating with you. The solution would have been to send the dog back to us which you refused. We wish you and Tucker the best.
