Payment was request from customer days ago Upon receipt of the invoice the customer called inquiring about linoleum that had to be special ordered During the
conversation at no time did the customer indicate additional issues regarding any mold. The
drywall in the ceiling read dry and
determined by us that it did not need to be removed and just repaired The linoleum has arrived at our warehouse this week We have
contacted the customer to make arrangements for installation but have not been able to reach the customer In regards to any mold or missing drywall we
have also contacted the customer asking that we have an opportunity to inspect the issues so we can correct the situation We are awaiting a return
phone call from the customer to make arrangements for installation of the linoleum and to inspect any mold claims due to moisture Rocky Mountain
Catastrophe has photos and moisture readings that would support that at the time we closed the job for remediation of water damage the scope of work was
complete and the readings showed 100% dry We use the best moisture reading equipment the industry has to offerWe will need an opportunity to
investigate the claims to determine if an additional loss occurred or if there was some latent damage undetected at the time or our inspection and clearance

Rocky Mountain Catastrophe and Restoration is contacting the customer to resolve this issue.

I am rejecting this response because:
The Invoice which I am expected to pay includes Furnace Detach & Reset ($694.56) never completed.
2) drywall repair ($363.46). Business claims unnecessary. 3) painting ($235.28.) never completed 4). Vinyl floor (just arrived this week...its been almost a year) never completed.
