Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The company is being dishonest and not assuming responsibility for their lack of customer service.Yes, I was advised that the saw and blades would take three weeks for delivery from the date of order (1-12-16) -I contacted the company OVER three weeks later, week of February 8th, and called repeatedly to no avail I was finally able to speak with Dustin later during that week and he apologized for not being available since he was at a convention but promised to send me the tracking information for the goods ordered I waited yet another week (week of February 15th, 2016) and once again could not reach anyone nor did I ever receive the tracking informationas promised It was then that I decided to submit my complaint to the Revdex.com on February 20th I contacted the credit card company on February 22nd, 2016, one month and a half after having placed the order.It is unacceptable to state that I had 'intentions' to dispute the order from the beginning and therefore subject myself to frustration due to this ordeal It was their intention to take my money and not deliver what I paid for.While I was promised 'bonus' blades from a previous order, I did not make a fuss for not receiving them, however, I do feel that they should have provided a reason Now they are claiming I owe them for bonus blades I never received?The only reason why I ordered fro them again was because they really had the best deal price wise Future buyers beware It is best to pay more to a reputable company then deal with a company that takes your money and doesn't follow through Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

I am rejecting this response because:Once again, the company continues to make claims and has no proof to back up their claims The only one taken advantage of here is the customer The company is claiming that on both orders I disputed the charges and called every day until I received confirmation of the product shipment which is untrueI never returned any merchandise to the company so I do not understand why they are claiming that they called *** for a return The only order I disputed was my last order for the saw I never received the saw and I never received confirmation that the product shipped I waited over weeks before contacting them for an update, called for over a week to no avail and when they finally called back, they said they would send tracking information but never did I waited a month and a half after placing my order before calling my credit card company to get my money back They never answer the phone.Now, regarding the previous order for blades, I only received the blades that I paid for but not the bonus ones that I was promised The company failed to deliver on their promise I never made a big deal about this but this clearly reflects the type of business they are.They have no professionalism and refuse to admit that they took my money and never shipped the merchandise I have never dealt with a company that blames and attacks a customer in this manner I have the right to demand an explanation from them but unfortunately, they cannot admit to their wrongdoings

I am rejecting this response because:Mr*** did make a huge ordeal over the free "Bonus" blade he supposedly didn't receiveWe checked the shipping weight it all matchedIn fact when they first called regarding the Bonus blades they claimed that they hadn't received any blades, which later emitted to receivingI'm very upset to be taking advantage of this wayWe explained to them exactly when there merchandise would be thereEvery time they called they spoke with me or someone at the company and we're updatedThey called almost every day until they disputed the charges the day after they received confirmation of the product shipmentWe then called *** to have our product returned to us! If we hadn't done they would have received the product for free! Sincerely,Management

*** *** ordered the saw and blades on January 12thWhen he ordered the saw he was notified that it would take two to three weeks for delivery.He called numerous times inquiring about the saw within the first two weeksEvery time we gave him in update!
He then in the meantime did a credit card dispute and still was wondering why he hadn't received his sawIn our opinion he ordered this from us and had full intentions of disputing the charges from the beginning do to the fact he claims that was missing blades from a previous orderAt this time he has 10-14" blades he hasn't even paid for.MANAGEMENT,ROCKY MT DIAMOND TOOLS
