How is this company still in business? Horrible service since week Had to pay months in advance and now I know why! They would not collect my garbage most weeks and when they did, they would throw away my trash cans Tried to cancel my services and they told me it would be a $service feeThis must be how they make their money

Liars and crooks, stay away at all costs
Something has changed with the company I have been with them for several years and recently they seem to miss a week of pickup here or there Now it has been three weeks since they've come and I've called repeatedly They lie and say the driver is almost here, or they will pick it up tomorrow, sorry None of that has happened They take your money and do not provide a service I asked to talk to the manager and was denied
They need to be out of businessor for all I know they already are The Revdex.com rating of "F" is too generous

Rocky Mountain Disposal (RMD) does NOT honor contracts between the "company' and the "customer/consumer." Last June 2014, I signed a contract with RMD through one of their representativesIt states "I understand that my rates are GUARANTEED for one yearI agree the monthly rate will not increase more than $per yearYou the buyer may cancel this purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this purchaseI agree that I am not under any agreement with my current haulerI agree and understand that this is a year agreement, I understand that the initial payment of $is non-refundable and is payment in exchange for service onlyThe cart delivery fee of $is waived if I comply to the duration of this agreementI authorize sales agent ***/*** to forward my cancelation to my current hauler and to inform me of other savings offers."
After just months of service, I received a bill for $(an almost 30% increase)I phoned RMD and was told that after months the recycle service would be $5.00/mo(not in compliance with their contract.) When I signed on, I was told RMD does NOT charge for recyclingRMD's response was "would you like to cancel?" They would not honor their contract and just said that their representative should have told us that recycling after months would be $So, DON'T TRUST RMD! Their word and their contracts are worthless! I half expect them to send me a bill for $because I didn't stay with them for years

We originally used WM for our trash service, but switched to Rocky Mountain Disposal years ago when they came to our door offering a price that was half of our previous serviceWe have since struggled with missed pick-ups due to weather (sometimes it wasn't even a snow day for the kids) and no return phone calls when we left messages about our trash not being picked upOur bill has increased from $in 3/to $in 1/We decided we'd had enough this last month & called to cancel our service yesterdayThe woman who answered was very rude & asked for a reason for cancellationWhen I just stated that we'd decided to go with a different company, she informed us that we are under contract to keep their services for years which does not end until 10/and would need to pay a $feeI was not aware that we'd signed anything like that, and asked for a copy of it to be emailed to meShe refused rudely, saying that we could drive in if we wanted to see it

They sent a sales dog through the neighborhood, promising the services that another company offered years ago (they stopped doing them after notifying customers a couple of years ago)We signed on because we wanted those services backI have now had Rocky Mountain Disposal for months and I have called them at least times for them to correct their service and at least attempt to offer the service they should offer, pick up my trash/recycleEvery time I call, I have to deal with the same unbelievably rude, full of excretion representativeShe will lie to you and belittle youI don't know why I didn't just have them come and pick up their cans on that first callThe other company that I had before them? I had them for years and only called them once, to cancel their service so I could get these clownsWorse call I have ever madeRocky Mountain Disposal is a horrible service with even worse customer service

My trash sits outside for the weekend! After weeks of Rocky Mountain disposal not picking up my garbage, My can is running overIt's Friday so I can't call them until Monday-(so frustrated)!!!! I signed up with them with the understanding they would take care of canceling my previous garbage service and have the cans picked up and replaced with their cans which never happenedI had to do that myself even though their representative assured me it would all be taken care of, and it was in writing in the contract I signedNow, they keep not showing up when they are supposed to pick up my garbageweeks of garbage is sitting at the bottom of my drive way, I'm sure the neighbors hate looking at my overflowing garbage can.....I honestly can't stand this company!!!
