As was stated*** is no longer hereThe resolution and standard is we will provide you with a paid return label and when we see the units show up on tracking we will gladly refund the monies or send out the 15: tubes. That is the only resolution

We are sorry about this issue but I can not find any emails from you since our previous communicationYes the other items are on back-order There should have been a note in the package*** did give you a store credit for the shipping chargesPlease let us know if you want to wait
for the rest or to cancel that portion. Thank you

I chose "Reject" because I don't understand the "store credit" part of their response On August 7th my Paypal account was charged $70.63, with no subsequent partial refund of the shipping, which is what their email implied [direct quote: "I will also refund the shipping fees for the troubles."] No one ever mentioned a store credit until now, but why would I want a store credit to a place that can't deliver a pretty simple $order in OVER MONTHS Do they really think I want to shop there anymore?I don't want to wait for the other items (I've already purchased them from another business that got them to me in three days, literally less than hours) So I would like to cancel the outstanding items and be reimbursed the cash for them.I would also like the seller to honor their promise to "REFUND the shipping fees for the troubles." But if they're not willing to follow through on that, then REFUNDING a pro-rated amount for shipping would be satisfactory If they don't want to figure up what a prorated amount would be based on weight and size of items, then half the shipping back would seems reasonable I think the shipping I paid was (it's hard to tell, but they can verify or modify that), so would be half

Return label for what? Please re-read the original attachment in which a representative from Mortar Tubes on line told me that was not necessary and to KEEP the 12'tubes(cause it was their mistake). Mortar Tubes On line needs to refund my monies or ship me my original order for the 15" plugged mortar tubes (30ea)They can place a return label inside the box containing my Each 15" tubes. Once I have received the right tubes I will be more than happy to send them back their original mistake and finally be done with this business

Why am I being punished for the irresponsible way that Mortar Tubes Online runs their businessIt is a lousy company that could careless about their customers and their customer serviceI'm going to do everything in my power to let the pyrotechnics world know what a lousy company they are and not to purchase anything from them. They rip off their customers, fail to fill their orders and could careless about correcting their mistakes.

Our system pulls the address of the customer straight from there account where they enter there address during orderingUPS sent the packages back as they stated they needed an apartment numberThese products are large and heavyWe should not have to pay shipping charges on a customer data
entered mistakeOur return policy as stated and the customer agreed to upon purchasing is all shipping charges are non refundable period unless it is our mistakeThis customer also filed a charge back for the full amount of the purchaseWe will be forwarding the shipping charges to collections

We have provided tracking info and as well been through a charge back from the customers card as well as a dispute through PayPal both where we won the disputes. We are done with this complaint

They show back ordered and a refund has been issued it can take 3 to 5 days to process through

We are sorry for the long delay and you not receiving the items you purchased. Due to the order being 60 days old we can no longer refund to the card direct as our payment processor only allows 60 days. We have sent payment for the order via paypal to your email address on file. Payment...
