Rocky Mountain Forest Products lied; they never said anything about rustic grade fencingI am a heart patient and ***; the employee told me it would be best to have it delivered vspicking it upThe delivery man had to unload everything as I, at the time couldn't assist himI didn't break open the bundle until I had assistance almost a month laterThe wood I received was beyond rustic, it was garbageOver half of the wood was unusable and I had to go elsewhere for replacement lumberThe garbage lumber was stratigically placed in the center of the pile as well as the garbage 4x4sThis company doesn't have a good reputation as we found out later, all they do is make excuses and blame the customerNot only was the lumber garbage but it also contained termites, holes the size of baseballs and gouges in the 4x4s that make it unappealingWhat customer in his right mind would say yes to "rustic", termite infested gouged, garbage lumber? No, this company may have been in business for years but the service it gives to *** *** *** is appaulingThe company contradicts itself in its own response, "do not accept returns on cedar fencing" then states "if customer would have requested as soon as the pack was delivered that it was unacceptable and nothing was touched, we would have gladly picked up and credited the full amount back to his credit card"I am curious as to how that would have been possible, additionally I have one more problem; *** almost demanded payment by check, which I provided the driver upon deliveryLooking over the company's record it was noted that another customer stopped payment on the credit card because the company failed them as wellThe company is substandard and to boldface lie to its customers ensures that there is no repeat businessI will ensure that this communication is listed on every media outlet I can find to help warn people of the shady business practices Rocky Mountain Forest Products engagesDispicable and shameful

The customer has an invoice which clearly states the company policiesWhen the material was received the customer Signed Off on the invoice accepting those terms and in turn releasing any liability from usWe sell all kinds of different grades and we pride ourselves in explaining those grades as best as possible over the phone if a customer cannot come down to make the decision in our yardIf the pack was unsatisfactory upon arrival, the customer should have rejected the load and the driver at that point would have contacted the salesperson to resolve the issue
