The puppy purchased is a direct importRegistration papers take longer to recieve but will be mailed upon reciept.The dog was a very young puppy upon veterinarian exam and therefor there is no way any type of dentation issue could be evaluated without the adult teeth in placeThe puppy was personally inspected by the buyer prior to completion of purchase.We see no reason for a refund of any sortThank youThank you

Again, we do not warranty confirmation faultsWe can not determine if a dog has an overbite while still having only his baby teethWe have not seen anything even in the form of a photo to verify this as to notify the breeder as the pup was imported from Europe.There was no mention of showing or breeding the dog when purchased as a family companionIf the dog has a slight overbite it affects nothing in this capacity.The foreign documents will be sent out this week.We can offer no refunds on an import Puppy that was already sold at a very fair priceThere was also no additional charges to the client for the extended length of time the dog resided here with us.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:We would be glad to send documentation from our veterinarian, and photos as necessaryThe dog is now months old and we would be happy to have him reexamined to see how the genetic overbite is manifestingWe are reasonable people, and attempted to communicate with the breeder about this issue early on, but the breeder does not respond in a timely manner to telephone messages or emailsFurther evidence is our utilizing the services of the Revdex.com to seek dispute resolution firstThe price is fair for a pure-bred GSD meeting breed standards, as advertisedOur goal to have a family companion should not prevent us from exercising our right to breed or show him if we desireThe recalcitrance of the breeder to consider a reasonable compromise is telling

for a pup in the spring. As soon as we found out we had a confirmed pregnancy they were notified in less than 24 hours.
The litter isnt even due until January 2016.
We are VERY busy with inkennel training dogs over the holidays. It is our busiest time.
We feel we have responded in a timely manner. Sometimes emails dont go through. The client just emailed us a few days ago and we responded once we had updated information to share.
