We have called our insurance comp. and they will be taking care of all damages. sorry for the inconvenience. By now the adjuster has talked to the home owners to as the damages.
With spoke to the owner and advise the owner that we will be helping pay for the cleaning Of The Carpet.We also revised or that due to her washer leaking so much oil and grease we were unable to see extensive mess until the unit was already move due to it being underneath the unit and location or Accessibility.We apologize for the mess And they're setting Up protocols so doesn't happen again.We appreciate her patience and understanding
