was billed jan. 2015 only received notice in mail four months later after a 120% plus interest was applied. no contact was even attemped just letters in mail sent to wrong address. when I did actually use this health care provider a random bill after a doctor visit with no explanation was applied. this company does not care about the people who pay the bills. its a said company that charges customers for services that were not ever provide. our country does not need companies like this. im a poor tax payer who was provide no service for the month of jan 2015 and charged outlandish fees for a bill I knew nothing about.
