Rocky Mountain Holidays

We normally always book our own trips, but this time we booked with Rocky Mountain Holiday from [redacted] We spoke and emailed [redacted] and were very impressed with the trip he arranged for uswe did two weeks [redacted] back to [redacted] , visiting [redacted] etcAt each stage we were amazed at how smoothly everything went for usour luggage was always in our room when we arrived, and we were constantly surprised by extras- such as upgrades and extra tours - it was a special birthday- and [redacted] made us feel SO special with all the extra things he arranged for us He also organised a wonderful day break in the [redacted] Inlet for us and we saw bears and went hiking and felt we were truly off the beaten track He kept in touch on our journey and we felt we had back up if we needed it.This was to be our one and only trip to [redacted] but because of the wonderful attention to detail we are going to plan to go back, with [redacted] of course arranging it all for us.This was over and above any expectations we hadWell done Tom!!! thanks from [redacted]

We arranged a trip through the Rockies, including two days on the Rocky Mountaineer through Rocky Mountain HolidaysThis was part of a longer visit to Canada organised through a*** companyTom responded to every query with extreme helpfulnessAll the arrangements made worked smoothly, even when we had made changes at fairly short noticeAlthough We didn't do a detailed price comparison, I think Tom offered an excellent deal and, by letting hotels and the train know this was a celebratory trip, we got some sort of goody nearly everywhere we wentVery highly recommended

This was beyond our expectationsWe were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary*** planning on our behalf was excellent(We noticed others who were struggling with their bookings from other agencies)First class schedule and choice of hotelsRocky Mountaineer train journey was amazing
Of course, the real stars are the Rocky Mountains, the flora and the fauna

What a wonderful trip! We have wanted to travel the Canadian Rockies for some time now and the Rocky Mountineer made it all so easyExcept for one day they even provided excellent weatherThe staff was excellent, fun, and very knowledgeableHighly recommend!

Fantastic trip and a great way to see the western part of Canada I loved everything about the the trip, from the scenery, the wildlife, the service, the travel method of bus coach and train, the day trips, the hotels and the overall experienceI booked directly through Tom at Rocky Mountaineer and received excellent service and tips It made me very proud to be a Canadian and to hear the many positive comments from foreign travellersThis was my retirement trip to myself and I had a smile on my face the whole time Thanks! I would highly recommend this trip!
