[redacted] Got the response from Rocky Mtn Hydroseed? The lawn was watered properly, in fact was watered beyond RMH recommendations? There was no business card or note left on my property, no follow up discussion or conversation from any supposed visit? The seed was not drilled into the ground as they were gired to do? I do not care how "small of a machine" they claimed they used? They simply hand cast seed onto the ground which will not grow on any soil type? My water bills during this "lack of adequate" watering were in the $140-range compared to an average $50/month? I spent a minimum hour per day watering the lawn for over days? They simply did not do what they claimed to have done and I have witnesses to every aspect of my claim including the amount of watering that was done

We were contracted to hydroseed The [redacted] property, which we did.? Due to rain, the hydromulch was displaced and Mr [redacted] asked that we return.? I suggested that we drill seed if there was a chance that water would displace the seed again.? In early June, RMH did come and drill seed using a small machine called a "turf drill".? It does not leave "drill marks" like most drills do since most lawns do not want to have the grasses growing in a row.? Due to the growth that was establishing from the previous seeding, RMH employee used the best management practice and hand broadcasted a small area as not to distrupt the growth of the grasses that had started.? I did speak to Mr [redacted] and we discussed several reasonable conditions that may inhibit growth (one of which could have been NRS)? I personally went to look at the property and left a business card and sticky note stating "need to water per instructions" on July 17.? At this time, I took a picture of the lack of moisture the lawn received.? RMH can not be responsible for a customer not watering their grasses properly

Re: Revdex.com regarding complaint
[redacted]-RMH overseeded Mr. [redacted]'s lawn due to rabbit damage.  There is no such species of rabbit resistant grass.  The property owner did not follow the watering instructions provided by RMH for the growth of new seed or control the rabbit population in the yard as any new seedlings would have sprouted.  I did speak to Mr. [redacted] and informed him I would look at his lawn as I live in the area and drive by nearly daily.  After keeping an eye on the problem but can not warranty any seeding if the property owner will not do their part. I spoke with Lawn Doctor on several occasions regarding this lawn and Mr. [redacted]'s concerns to come to a solution.Thanks-Tina HuntRocky Mountain Hydroseeding, LLCPO Box 1906Fort Collins, CO  80522970-493-7100  Office970-498-0224  Fax970-692-9806  Cell
