We have pictures that clearly show the attic has only R 20-22 insulation at best and missing areas of no insulation. Code in 2010 was R38. If the wind blew it it should still be there in large piles, which is not the case. The realator is not a contractor and has not looked at the attic, only seen the pictures. He should not be making any conclusions or excuses for the business. City inspectors obviously did not check it or it would never have passed inspection. it doesn't matter how many jobs this business has done in Pocatello- they cheated this one by not blowing in R38 levels of insulation. inspection pictures are available for documentation.Sincerely,[redacted]
