Rude Woman on the phone ( only 2 employees)
Constand outages ( they claim are for upgrades) at peak busisness hours!! Do these upgrades after hours or at least send out a courtesy email warning of an outage. I purchased a full year of service...... will not be doing that again!!
avoid at all costs!!
