First of all I do have to apologize for how this particular job went in the beginning this job was scheduled to be on a certain day and then it got pushed back and continue to be pushed back due to circumstances of the homeowner of products that he had ordered which we accommodated also I bid the job to have an upgraded tile installed when we did the job we did the demolition an we also did the paint we laid the the floor we installed the vanity top and there are quite a bit of work that we actually did that does not need to be redone I do understand his frustration completely some of the items redone the painting does not need to be redone the floor doesn't need to be redone and it was done properly the demolition does not need to be redone so there is a portion of work that does not need to be redone some of the materials that he is claiming where you is like mastic I'm in agreement with him I did hire another company which was Innovative Kitchen and Bath to do the majority of the work because when he finally got to the point where we could do the job my schedule was now at that point booked up and I did the best I could to do what I could and I brought in another subcontractor that I knew who could do the job I had no idea that he had used subpar materials and there were things that he claimed that I said to bypass which was completely untrue going into this I have told this individual that any recommendations that he had we need to follow through with no matter what and take care of the customer which is always been my number one priority I wouldn't be doing this for years if I couldn't in you to do things like this and I wouldn't have a good name and a good reputation among hundreds of contractors that use be on a a daily basis if I continue to do things like this I do agree that Ryan needs to have a refund and if he is willing to work with me on this and give me some time to come up with the money then I am in full agreement that he needs to have some money returned to him without a doubt now the problem started when the customer had had purchased a substandard subpar material that fell off of the wall due to the powder coating coming off the back of it that's Alta Polly what started this entire problem it wasn't subpar work it was subpar choice of materials and we did our absolute best to accommodate it even though we had mentioned it to him in the very beginning that they were not very good materials but that we would do our very best to work with them because there was a specific look that he was trying to get and us being the type of individuals that really wanted him to have what he wanted we probably should have been honest with him and said you know what these aren't going to work that would have probably saved a lot of time and energy and hassle by just telling him you know what you can have to pick something different because they just really aren't going to work so I got to the point where I was so busy because of having to thefts at my home and one at my shop that I had lost thousands of dollars of tools we had a burglary and I had my Christmas money stolen it was a horrible time for me and I just couldn't get past it I'm still having trouble getting past it financially but again I do believe that the customer deserves a refund of materials and a refund for just an inconvenience fee because I believe that's the honest thing to do but we did complete part of the contract we did complete a good portion of it we have the entire shower completely done when the the small tile start at the pop off the wall right now I don't have any money to give him I am completely financially devastated but I definitely will have money in the future and I'll be more than willing to give him a refund if he's willing to work with me on this Ryan is an awesome guy and he did give me plenty of chances to come up there I just ended up working till at night almost every single night for two weeks because I was trying to get money to buy the tools back that I had had stolen anyways I hope that we can resolve this is Ryan's a really good person and I hope he gets the shower that he deserves cuz he's a super nice guy I I wish I would have been able to give him the shower that he wanted the other subcontractor basically left me high and dry he and I connected every single day multiple times a day and that's why I felt like comfortable that the job was getting taken care of

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The business offered no concrete resolution He stated that he would be willing to provide some kind of refund, but never stated any kind of amount or plan to make this happen I cannot accept this response because it is not clear what is being offered.I believe my request to be fair, the amount I have to pay a new contractor to demolish and reinstall the shower along with the materials is what I am asking to be paid and I am fully confident I would be awarded this amount in a court case I am not asking for any excess damages, just the amount that will cover the completion of my bathroom.If the business is willing to offer an actual resolution I am willing to listen to what he has to offer Sincerely, [redacted]

We have had the worst forklift problemWe purchased a good running mschin 18months ago recently we had some issues with it but almost got it fixed...now we can't get the mechanic back and he has all,the parts we bought and it's killing us because we can't unload the slabs properly it's a huge
problem we bough the slab well traded in a full slab of another color,and I'm was stupid because it could have been used for another job..anyway I'll try to get this taken care of
