Once again very sorry for not getting it in your motorhome before you lefti can credit the card back there will be the restocking fee for I do not need another tvI do need a card number for I do not keep any info on file or on my computer for safty reasons regarding customer info and privacyI will be out of town from friday morning til tuesday morning, you can contact me then with info on cardAnd the ladies at the check in booth would love to hear from you to make sure your ok they are worried, I know you are seasonal help and left before seasons end but they are worried in health reason because you left so early in the morningInce again sorry for all the problems I hope the park reinbureses you and I do have a printed out receipt for you

Very sorry about missed calls my business is a mobile rv repair and summer is my busy time and have a hard time returning callsI work alone and no help my faulti went to pick up tv from best buy on day promised ,I dont remember exact date believe a tuesday , at best buy they had on file tv/dvd
player was paid for but not ordered hence no call from them saying it was inIt was reordred and I now have itI tried calling and no ansewer,wasnt worried as she was in the park and she has an older phone poor serviceBrought with me last friday to install as I was in the park to work on an other camperDid not see her thereWhen I left I stopped and talked to park ranger who had no idea where she wentThey too have called her multiple times no responseThe park ranger lady ask me if I find her to please let her know where she isI have been in business since and no complaints at all I want to get this resolved as I want no complaints on my business and also now have a dollar tv thay I can not return because of specail orderI am willing to mail to herIf not I can credit her card but will be a 25% restock fee for I now have a tv that I do not need Thank you *** *** Rocky Mountain Repair llc *** *** ***
