I sent a pair of Meindl hiking boots to Rocky Mountain Resole in March I called to check on their status at the beginning of April and was told the reason for any delay was that they had closed down for maintenance on their machinery I was further told it would be three weeks before I would get them back and true to their word I received them in exactly three weeks and they did a great job on the resole of my boots It is a pleasure to do business with a company that stands by their word and their workI would do business with them again and I would most certainly send business their wayThey are a stand up and reputable businessThanks Rocky Mountain Resole!
They took weeks to tell me they couldn't repair my shoes, then lied multiple times about processing a refundFinally I had to charge it back through my credit card company to get my money This is a scam operation, pure and simple, do not do business with them
I paid $and sent my boots to get resoled Weeks later they told me the inner soles needed to be replaced and that would be an additional $ I only paid $for the boots new and did not want to spend $to repair them I asked them to cancel my order and refund the $ After multiple email messages and telephone calls they have not refunded any money They never respond to email messages
I paid $85 and sent my boots to get resoled. Weeks later they told me the inner soles needed to be replaced and that would be an additional $30. I only paid $160 for the boots new and did not want to spend $115 to repair them. I asked them to cancel my order and refund the $85. After multiple email messages and telephone calls they have not refunded any money. They never respond to email messages.
Sent my hiking boots to RMR in May of 2016, got them back went on vacation in June to Idaho to hike,. They put a new [redacted] soul on them. I hike a lot and the soul isn't the least bit worn on them yet. While I was hiking in Idaho...the zipper on my backpack broke. I called RMR and they said sure we fix zippers send it to us. I did and just got it back....like a new backpack. Thanks RMR!! thumbs up!
