I am rejecting this response because: I have brought a letter to the Revdex.com in this letter I explain that I was the one who asked for some kind of repayment plan and MrR*** responded " I don't have your money and I don't know when I will" I have explained that I will only sign a statement of money paidI will not enter into any other kind of contract with this person because his word can not be trustedHe has made fraudulent claims in his estimate and I will only be completely satisfied when he has refunded all my money so that I can purchase a new roof that is worthy of the warranty claimed in the estimate I received I welcome the chance to view any kind of repayment plan that is reasonableI had suggested RMRS repay me at the same rate I had paid for my roof, that being $5,down $6,four weeks later and the remainder a week or two later to complete repayment If this person had a license I would be able to file a claim against his bond but since he has no license that the state can locate he is unlawfully operating as a contractorMrR*** should submit a repayment plan so that I can discuss it with my lawyer

From day one we have been happy to communicate with and do our best to meet Ms. [redacted] expectations.The warranty was attached to the contract Ms. [redacted] signed. In addition I personally handed her a copy when she requested a copy on our last meeting at her home.The new roof was installed on the...
exact day Ms. [redacted] asked for, the roof was installed with her direct supervision. We asked several times for her to get down from the roof for safety reasons. She declined. She watched and asked questions every step of the installation. In addition a new solar system was installed on the roof at the same time we were working on the new roof. At no charge we replaced shingles damaged by the solar system installers. When Ms. [redacted] contacted us about "popped" nails we went out and corrected the high nails. The new roof has over 14000 new nail. We were shown 11 nail. She told us that she walked the roof daily looking for more "popped" nail. We went out 4 more times to hammer down high nail, approx 30 nails. We explained the roof was not a walking surface, especially during the heat of the day. We went as far a patching areas that had foot traffic damage and one or two shingles that had a nail poked through it. Most shingle installation are done with four nail per shingle. We used six nails per shingle on Ms. [redacted] roof. We are carful to set our nail guns to NOT shoot through the shingle (which ruins the shingle). There for they are flush with the shingle surface.Ms. [redacted] did not like the patches which were then damaged by her inspection of the patch area.Once it was clear we would not be able to meet her expectations we agreed to set up a refund payment plan with Ms. [redacted]. Ahead of a signed refund agreement I refunded her 500.00 in cash to show our good faith. The next day she emailed me with a demand for a immediate full refund and refused our payment agreement.Ms. [redacted] has text, emailed and called me personally from 6:30am to 10:00pm.We have tried repeatedly to come to a agreement. Ms. [redacted] has agreed to a number of courses of action, only to change her mind the next day.We are at a loss on how to come to an agreeable resolution with Ms. [redacted].
