It was raining in the morning the shed was scheduled for deliverySo I called *** *** to see if we should wait for a dry day and rescheduleI explained we are not responsible for yard damage which is also on the contract and signed by the customer *** *** responded by saying I took
this day off six months ago, I really need the shed delivered todayThe driver was trying to use good judgement from past experience on how the best way to enter the yard to place the shed at the designated spot but unfortunately did not work out well with the wet yard conditionsWe did get the shed in place after the yard dried up enough to enter on Tuesday PM May-We extended our courtesy by paying for the tow truck service and the damage in the neighbors yardI did follow up with a phone call to all to make sure everybody is happy & totally satisfiedI do apologize and take full responsibility even when things happen beyond my controlWe are always looking for ways to improve our products & services & we thrive on customer referralsWe have become a strong & profitable Christian company with the Lord God being our PilotOUR MISSION STATEMENT: Our foremost goal is to provide excellent products & services for our customers that will meet or exceed their expectationsWe will strive to bring glory to God by helping those in need and reinvesting in the community.
