We are very sorry to hear about the issues the customer is having with the Techniseal Color Boost.  As the name states the product is intended to enhance color.  On the back of every jug of this product, there are directions. While the customer states in her complaint that the directions...

were read, they were not read very thoroughly.  As with every sealer the directions state, “ALWAYS TEST on a small hidden area of approximately 4 sq. ft. to ensure that results meet your expectations.”  As far as the absorption, the directions go on to state, “Sprinkle a few drops of water on surface.  If water is absorbed, move on to the next point.  If water is repelled, DO NOT apply this product.”  We would like to reiterate that [redacted] told her all of this in addition to its being printed on the jug.  Having said this, we would be willing and happy to refund the purchase price for the sake of helping the customer with the issue.
