I am rejecting this response because: my main issue that was stated has not been addressed in this responseMy biggest issue I have is that the advertisement of the product on the website does not include all the important information that a customer should be provided to make an educated decision on a purchaseNow seeing the material used in the construction of the product and all the negative reviews on many off-road forums about this product causing damage to vehicles, I feel that had I known the true construction of this product and the materials used through a detailed product description, I would have went with a different company and this situation would not be at handMy issue is with the material used in the construction of the product and my decision to pursue this is not based on a "best guess" opinionI am a mechanical engineer and see a design flaw in this that could cause damage to my vehicleI am not worried about damaging the product as I do believe the life Warranty is a valuable aspect of this purchase, but again I know that this product will flex and hit the vehicle due to inadequate support braces (outriggers), and the warranty offered will not cover that. To be clear, the advertised product should be more clear in the design and materials used in the construction of this product to allows customers a better opportunity to make an educated decisionIt's not right it have to receive a product and not be satisfied with it due to poor advertising and then be told I have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee
