This business was not requiring its employees to wear masks while handling pizza. I witnessed an employee yelling to another over a pizza. I asked the manager why this was. He replied "what, you want me to make him wear a mask? its hot back there". He then continued to be rude when I asked for their corporate phone number. I contacted corporate and they never responded.
Dear Ms. - Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. All employees are required to wear masks both by company policy and state law. We have addressed this incident with all the employees involved, reprimanded those that did not abide by policy, and have offered additional guidance and training to store management and staff. I do have record of your complaint to the corporate office received on 7/29/20 and a letter sent to you by 8/3/20. I made a order online for Rocky Rococo pizza when I was making my order I put for a large pizza with sausage, mushroom, onions, and extra cheese then I ordered a order of cheesy bread sticks. I looked at my bank account to see how much was taken outta my account since they didnt show me the price at the end when I paid for my food. I called the store and asked for a manager they told me I couldn't cancel my order because it was an online order. It wasnt my fault that their system was malfunctioning adding more toppings to my pizza than what I asked for. They charged me for sausage, peporoni, mushrooms, onions, chicken, jalapenos, hamburger, nlack olives, olives, bacon, and extra cheese. I only ordered sausage mushroom and onion. When I talked to the manager at the store she told me she couldnt cancel the order that I would have to call corporate office on monday. She even started being mean to me telling me it was my fault that their system was faulty really it aint my fault.
The customer placed an order through our online ordering system for a pizza that included 8 toppings (see below). The online ordering process is automated and we are unable to add/delete toppings once the order is processed and paid for. Before a customer completes the order, they are taken to a summary screen where they are able to review their order, their total, and add coupons, special instructions and tip if desired. The customer is unable to submit an order without viewing this screen. It is on this page that Mr. Geiger would have entered the code for the $3 off coupon that he used. Therefore, Mr. Geiger would have been able to see and review the amount he would be charged prior to submitting his order. Initially when we received his complaint, we sent him a $10 off coupon for his next order to cover the cost of the toppings he inadvertently added to his pizza via our online ordering system. He did not contact us to let us know that he was unsatisfied with this solution to the issue. Because we value his business and want to ensure his satisfaction, we have refunded his entire order.
