We were notified as per the customers statement and did make an appointment for which needed to be rescheduled due to customer being out of town.Since that time, I have in fact received a call from customer just as Brian, my Sales Manager has.However, since October, I have had installers leave for
other opportunities (one to start his own business, and the other to return to his home country). My company runs one truck for installs so I've had to hire new replacement employees and trainThis takes massive amounts of time while still maintaining a constant installation schedulesThen one of those trainees did not work out so we had to go through the process again to recruit and train another installerMeanwhile in order to keep schedule of installations, I've had to pull workers from my shop to go on the road to support installs, as well as myself the owner and my Sales Manager Brian.So all this being said simply means I have to prioritize work, Installations come first and then we fill in with other work such as minor call backs for cases like thisUnderstanding the customers need to closure, quite frankly, this type of work has to take a second seat to installationsYes I acknowledge the lack of call backs for touch upsMrs *** is not the only customer we have that needs a followup visithour days would help but they don't exist.Bottom line, Mrs *** will be called for a followup visit within weeks as our work load and availability for personnel in the field to perform touch ups is very limited.I hope Mrs *** understands and finds this acceptable

I am rejecting this response because:Need to reschedule. Will be available next Wednesday, 02/07/18 will be home that day or next Thursday 02/08/18 after 12 noon. Also, will be home Friday 02/09/18 schedule is open.
