To Whom It May Concern, A copy of Ms [redacted] invoice is attachedThe Cello strings were ordered for her on 01/013/(same day she placed order) we received them (01/19/15) within a week as promised Not sure why she did not pick them upThey are still available for pick up.We were snowed in the Smokey Mountains when she called (She was told this) the week of Feb16th-19thSo I told her that my SON [redacted] *** could meet her after he got off work (another location in Albany) and give her the strings she orderedShe demanded a refund, which he could not do and refused to meet with himMy only other option was for her to wait until I returned (Friday 02/20/) and she could pick them up or I could send them to herHer receipt clearly states no refundsI don't think I should return money on product that she special orderedShe had over a month to pick it up before we went on our weekend trip that turned into a few days by an act of GodI still need to know, is she going to pick them up or should I mail them to her? She is always welcome to visit our store I am so sorry for the misunderstandingThanks Rocky
