We bought a car at this place in December of 2014. Check engine light came on that night while driving home. Took the car to their shop and they tell me it's the thermostat. After about 2 days, check engine light comes on again. Take it back and it's a part that was coming up on the same code as the thermostat, (I don't remember the part). After about a week or two, the light comes on again and the car isn't running right. Took to them again and they replace a spark plug and the connecting wire. Another week and yet again, that dang might comes on and the car is running rough again and it stalls on me while driving. I get it scanned at Auto zone so I can compare and it says O2 sensor. They replace sensor and then a week later, the car gets worse. At this point, I was done with their mechanic because it seemed to me that the work wasn't getting done right and the light was just being turned off. I take the car to another mechanic and end up spending $2200 to replace the head gasket and other parts. 3 more times after that, I have had to take the car in and get parts replaced. Now its burning oil and it looks like the pistons are going, so the car is pretty much done. I can't even get it to pass emissions so I'm pretty sure they didn't inspect it all at the dealer. I've only had this car for about 8 months. Having to throw away almost $8000 that I didn't really have to begin with is very frustrating and stressful. I've learned my lesson, next time go to a real car dealership.

Used the fact I was a young mother separated from my husband at the time to dupe me into buying a car for nearly twice kbb value. Car had some issues as well. One of the backseat seat belts does not work, they were told I had 3 kids, gear shift fell apart in a week, and the ignition had been previously popped so the car won't shut completely off so it constantly beeps very loudly whenever the driver door is open. The AC/heat [redacted] was broken so I couldn't change from AC to heat. Do not buy from these people! They are scam artists.

I purchased car Feb's 2016. Was pre financed and got okay price. Problems with brakes. Told by Joel brakes/roots turned prior to sale as I was concerned. Got car and found Nothing done on brakes. Used car, I get it. But unsafe car? Got repaired and took receipts to Justin, finance guy. Asked for parts only reimbursed (lot mechanic was not trusted, didnt/can't/won't fix it first?!?) so was told maybe, if he talks to owner, I might get wholesale part costs. Okay! But nothing and called. Told me maybe Monday, 2 weeks ago and no responses from Justin or Rockys. Paid 1800$ + to fix and was willing to accept 200$+ for wholesale parts. Dead air. Unsafe brakes and my family at risk. No response and a flippant attitude / from Justin (sour grapes and reviews left online being mentioned as a reason NOT to reimburse my costs)when discussed. How's about because it's the right thing to do?!?!? Shame on Justin, and on Joel, who told me brakes fixed prior to putting on the lot!?!? Shame on the owner for letting them represent the lot. Typical credit small car lot. Let the buyer bring it back for repairs by The house mechanic. Not good. I'm disappointed in my car buying experience. I actually enjoyed the sales non-pressure when at the lot but it belies the poor customer interactions when it comes to a "problem or concern" It could have been a really great, new used car buying experience, but it turned out to be the typical small lot "used car" buying horror. Love the car!!!!!!

After further revue ofthis account, I have discovered the customer made a partial paymentby check, but did not have the funds in her account to cover whichled to NSF fees and return of the check.
