*** as we discussed on the phone 4/27/we will come out this Friday and completely remove and replace the flat based exactly what's on the signed contractAfter having our lead guy go out numerous times to see if the leaking is from the flat portion, he is positive it is not the flat, and there
are issues elsewhereAfter we the flat again, we have agreed that RockyTop will stand behind our work, and if you continue to leak, we advise you to contact a different contractor who can find and repair it for youAgain, we will stand behind our part of the contract and the leaking will not be coming from the roof.Again we apologize that communication has been poor on our part
This is Alice Neville president of RockyTop IncI'm requesting the complaint from *** *** be dismissedWe have a signed contract with miss ***Upon signing the contract we request half down paymentWe finished the work and did do a walk though with herShe did have concerns about the
wrapping on the garage doorUnfortunately we could not wrap the top of the door due to structural issuesWe went above and beyond our signed contract and added structural support (2x4) to have something to wrap so the door looked the same all the way aroundWe did not get that after photoAt that time, this was her only complaintWe then proceeded to collect the second half of her payment from her which she stated she was still waiting to get from her insurance companyWe continued to try to collect with her statement still being she is waiting in her insurance checkWe then found out from her insurance company that she had already gotten her check and that it has gone through the system as being cashed inWe then turned it over to our attorneyOnce she received the letter from the lawyer, she then and only then decided there were tons of issues with the job and wanted a refund of her depositAgain we have still not received the second half of her paymentSo she is trying her best to do whatever she can to not pay the second half of the job because she has spent the remaining moneyI contacted the city of Pekin Zooning inspector and request they go over there to take additional photos and documentation for small claims caseIf you need any further information to dismiss this fraudulent complaint, please contact usAttached are before photos when the siding was white, and after photos of the completed job
