When I filled out my application for car insurance with this carrier I selected liability coverage only and I declined uninsured motorist coverage. My application was accepted and I paid in full for 6 months of coverage.Two months later I receive a notification that states I must sign a separate form declining uninsured motorist coverage and return it within 15 days or the unwanted coverage will be added to my policy without my consent. This form came with a pre-addressed stamped envelope, so I marked that I decline uninsured motorists coverage "again" signed it, dated it and mailed it the same day. Several weeks later I receive a bill stating that I owe for uninsured motorists coverage, and since that time I have been fighting with this company by email, regarding this coverage that I do not want, and getting absolutely no where with them. Now I have received a notice that my insurance will be canceled on July 9 unless I pay for this unwanted coverage, that I did not want to begin with. The agent [redacted] states that he never received my denial form and also states that they do not send out preaddressed stamped envelopes. He states that he cannot remove the coverage without this form, yet he delayed in sending me another form for almost a month. He also states that he cannot remove the charges for this coverage from my account, he has told me that I have to speak to the main state farm office regarding this and told me that he forwarded my request/complaint to them. However I have not heard anything from them. I have repeatedly asked Mr.[redacted] for their information so that I may contact them myself but he has sidestepped this request in every return email he has sent to me. Now I am 3 days away from cancellation with no recourse and no results.
