In June 2017, I reached agreement with Max of Rod Electric to perform electrical work at our rental in Peoria AZThis agreement included buying and replacing globes for fan lights that needed to be replaced at the property in Peoria AZI paid for all this work up front so that the items could be purchased by Max and then installed when the globes arrivedMost of the work was accomplishedHowever, the globes have been in Max's possession since June and after repeated attempts to reach Max and even a promise of getting the job completed via text on 11/13/17, the work to replace the fan globes has not been completed
If the fan globes do not get replaced, I have to find another electrician to buy globes and install at the property or replace the fans at greater costThe tenant is not happy and he is unable to use the fans
