THEY ALSO SOLD SALVAGE TITLE VEHICLE AS CLEAN TITLE!! ACCORDING TO THEIR RULES,TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND BY LAW  THEY CAN'T SELL  SALVAGE TITLE VEHICLE AS CLEAN TITLE!!! THEY HAVE ANNOUNCE THE VEHICLE AS SALVAGE TITLE.  Rod
Robertson Auto Auction performs services for Customs and Border
Protection (CBP) and is an agent of CBP in the process of selling the
seized vehicles at auction.  CBP may or may not know the history of a
vehicle such as Salvage Title or true mileage, etc. and relies on information provided by to prepare for the sale.  Buyers are
encouraged to research their potential buys before bidding in order to be
better prepared to capture a great purchase without complications.
Many vehicles that are sold on behalf of CBP are purchased at extremely
low prices by buyers who take the time to do their research beforehand
and are therefore happy to make a good buy.  This Buyer obviously did
not do any research before buying and placed bids willingly.
Nonetheless, Buyer did informed us of their post-sale findings after
several days of the purchase and the matter is being processed through
CBP in our petition to grant this buyer a full refund from the
Department of Treasury.  This will take some time but we are hoping that
CBP will grant our request on behalf of the buyer (they may not - we
just don't know yet).  Per CBP's requirements, vehicle are sold AS IS
and buyers are expected to bid and buy at their own choosing.  CBP Auction Terms and Conditions attached.
For the record, the gentleman that has filed this complaint with Revdex.com is not the registered buyer of the vehicle.  This gentleman was the guest of the registered buyer at the auction.  Rod Robertson Enterprises has been in contact with registered buyer in trying to resolve this matter.  On April 29, 2014, this buyer was sent an email requesting his formal complaint in writing as required by the CBP and the Department of Treasury.  The formal written complaint is a requirement before the Government will even consider our petition to consider a full refund for this buyer.  Buyer has not responded to this day and has not provided the requested formal complaint in writing.  We are still waiting for this letter from buyer so we can submit the request for the refund to CBP and Department of Treasury.

THEY
ALSO SOLD ME TMU(TRUE MILLAGE UNKNOWN) VEHICLE AS REGULAR. THEY DO THIS
AT EVERY AUCTION!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! THEY ARE DOING VERY SHADY
BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!
We have
not received this complaint from this buyer with details as to which car
is involved.  We will like to know the specific car information, lot
number, VIN, year make and model so we can look into this complaint.
Nonetheless, mileage is another item that buyers are encouraged to
research before buying.  Since vehicles are sold AS IS and many of these
vehicles sell for hundreds below their market value, many buyers take
advantage of the CBP vehicles that come up for sale but most of them
understand the terms and conditions of the sale and they do their
research and place bids accordingly.  We can look into this matter in
more detail if we have specific vehicle information and if registered buyer can provide his complaint in writing to us.

WE WENT TO PREVIEW ON 4/15/2015.
WE INSPECT THE 2002 DODGE RAM 1500 SLT  AT THE PREVIEW TRUCK HAD VERY
EXPENSIVE AMPLIFIER.AFTER WE BOUGHT THE CAR, WE FOUND OUT THAT AMPLIFIER
TAKEN OUT OF THE VEHICLE..  At the time buyer
picked up the vehicles, he complained about some tools missing and we
referred buyer to a Border Patrol Officer in charge of the vehicle
contents.  Buyer did not complain about other items.  Border Patrol
Officer dealt with buyer privately and buyer departed the facility
without further comments to Rod Robertson's personnel.

Buyer expected to be the high bidder at $4,000 when at last instant a higher bidder was acknowledged and registered online at $4,100. Buyer resentfully bid again at $4,200 and ultimately was selected as the high successful bidder.
